Printing, gluing, drill filling and packing run in-house. Every batch is checked for colour accuracy, drill count, adhesion and missing gems before it is sealed.
Packing & shipment
Retail-ready packing, carton marking and palletizing to your spec, then FOB Shenzhen, EXW, or a door-to-door courier quote — whichever suits your market.
Typical production window is 7–15 days after proof approval, depending on drill coverage, size and packaging complexity. Bulk container orders are scheduled with a written production calendar.

Who we are
A diamond painting factory, not a marketplace listing
DP Lounge started on a single production line and grew because buyers kept asking for the same two things: artwork that looks right when it is made of 3 mm gems, and a supplier who answers the same day. Today we run our own factory in China with an in-house design studio, a dedicated drill-sorting area, and a packing team that ships both single parcels and full pallets.
We work with craft shops, gift wholesalers, home-decor brands, subscription-box companies and independent sellers on Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop and Shopify. Some order 50 kits a season; some order 50,000 a year. Both get the same factory floor.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Wholesale orders start at 50 kits per design. Custom-packaging OEM orders start at 100 units per design, because printed boxes and printed instruction sheets carry setup costs. Mixed-design cartons can keep the total MOQ at 50 kits spread across several designs.
How long does production take?
Standard lead time is 7–15 days after you approve the digital proof. Large or highly detailed canvases, and orders with fully custom printed packaging, may need 18–25 days. We confirm dates in writing on the quote, and send production photos at each stage.
Is the design really free?
Yes. Custom artwork conversion, colour-matching and the first round of revisions are free on wholesale and OEM orders. You only pay for the physical product. There is no artwork fee and no minimum spend to get a proof.
Can you match my brand packaging and private label?
Yes — boxes, sleeves, tubes, header cards, instruction paper, thank-you cards, pens, wax, trays and stickers can all carry your logo. We print from your artwork files or design the packaging for you. See OEM & ODM for the full component list.
Do you ship worldwide, and what are the terms?
We ship worldwide. Standard terms are FOB Shenzhen; we also quote EXW, air freight, sea LCL/FCL for pallet and container volume, and door-to-door courier for samples and dropshipping parcels.
Can I order samples before a bulk order?
Yes. Sample kits are produced with the same materials as bulk orders, and the sample cost is credited against your first wholesale order. Request samples through the contact form.
