Same or next day

For design enquiries we start the conversion and send a free digital proof so you can see detail, colours and size options.

When you approve

You get a firm quote with unit price, production date, packaging spec and shipping options, plus a sample option if you want one.

After deposit

Production starts, with progress photos. 7–15 days later your kits are QC'd, packed and shipped FOB Shenzhen or door-to-door.

How quickly will I get a reply?

Within 12 working hours, Monday to Saturday. Enquiries that include quantity, size and destination usually get a full price the first time.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Yes. Sample kits use the same materials as bulk production, and the sample cost is credited against your first wholesale order. Sample shipping is at cost.

Do you accept small first orders?

Yes — 50 kits per design for wholesale, or single units through dropshipping. We would rather you test us small than take a risk on a container.

Can I visit the factory?

Buyers are welcome at our Shenzhen factory and showroom by appointment. Send your travel dates and we'll arrange a production walk-through and sample review.

Which languages do you work in?

Sales and design communication in English and Chinese. Instruction sheets can be printed in any language your market needs, subject to your translation files.
