DP Lounge manufactures diamond painting kits — full drill, partial drill and mixed-gem — for brands, wholesalers and online sellers in more than 30 countries. We own our production line, we employ our own designers, and we quote you directly. No trading company in between.
How we started
DP Lounge began with a simple observation from the production floor: diamond painting buyers were being sold kits designed on a computer and never tested in drills. Canvases arrived with 60 colours that looked identical once rendered, symbols that were impossible to tell apart under a lamp, and backgrounds so dense that buyers abandoned the project halfway through.
We started as a small line producing kits for a handful of craft retailers, with one rule — every design gets proofed in drill space before it goes to print. That rule turned into an in-house design studio, a properly staffed drill-filling area, and a client list that now includes gift wholesalers, home-decor brands, subscription-box operators and independent sellers on Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop and Shopify.
Today we produce everything from 50-unit test runs for a new store to pallet orders for distributors. What has not changed is who you talk to: the same team that quotes your order also runs the proof, watches the batch and packs the cartons.

What we believe about quality
- A design is only good if it reads in gems. We test detail at the actual canvas size before approving a chart.
- Symbols must be readable. High-contrast, sensibly sized, and never two similar shapes in adjacent colours.
- Enough drills, every time. We overfill each colour so a dropped tray never ends in a refund.
- Adhesion that survives shipping. Poured glue tested after rolling, stacking and temperature swings in transit.
- Instructions a beginner can follow. Printed clearly, in your language, with a QR code option for video.
- No surprise substitutions. What you approve in the proof is what runs, batch after batch.
Inside the factory
Our production floor is organised in five stages, and each stage has its own check:
- Design & pre-press — drill conversion, palette matching, symbol design, proof approval
- Printing & gluing — HD canvas printing, poured adhesive, protective film
- Drill filling — colour batching, overfill by weight, sealed bag labelling
- Kitting — canvas, drills, tools, instructions and inserts assembled to the spec sheet
- QC & packing — colour, adhesion, drill count, print registration, then carton and pallet
Skilled workers stay with a stage, not rotate through everything. That is why our QC team spots a colour drift in a drill batch before it reaches your carton.
Who we work with
Our clients are the people between the factory and the end customer: craft chain buyers, gift and souvenir wholesalers, home-decor brands, subscription-box operators, and independent sellers building a store of their own. Some need 50 kits to test a market. Some need 50,000 a year across a dozen designs. Both get a real production date, a real QC report and a single point of contact.
