How a private-label project runs
1. Brief & spec sheet
You send artwork or a reference, target sizes, drill type, packaging style and quantity. We confirm feasibility, MOQ and price within 12 working hours. NDA available first.
2. Free design & proof
Our designers build the drill chart, tune colour reduction and symbol contrast, and lay out the box artwork with your logo. You approve a digital proof — revisions are free.
3. Physical sample
For packaging-heavy projects we produce a pre-production sample of the box, card and canvas so you can check print colour, drill coverage and feel before mass production.
4. Production & QC
Print, glue, drill fill, insert assembly and sealing run in-house. Batch photos and an inspection report before shipment, plus AQL checks on larger runs.
5. Ship & repeat
FOB Shenzhen or door-to-door, with reorder files archived so your next run matches the last one — same palette, same box, same drill batch where possible.
Standard production takes 7–15 days after proof approval. Projects with printed boxes, tube packaging or accessory sets usually sit at the longer end; simple PET-bag kits can ship in a week.
Design support included, not billed by the hour
Most OEM problems start with a design that looks fine on a screen and falls apart in gems. Our in-house designers work in drill space, not just image space: they test how much detail survives at your chosen canvas size, reduce the palette to colours that actually exist in stock, and adjust symbol contrast so a 60-year-old hobbyist and a 12-year-old can both read the chart.
That work is free on every OEM and wholesale order — including the first round of revisions. You are paying for product, not for proofs.

Transport, duties and import taxes are quoted separately based on destination. Ask for DDP pricing if you want a single landed cost.
OEM & private label FAQ
Will you keep my designs confidential?
Yes. We sign an NDA before receiving artwork if you ask, we never resell private-label designs, and your production files are stored in a client-specific archive. Designs you commission stay exclusive to you.
Can you print my own packaging artwork files?
Yes — send print-ready files with bleed and we produce to your artwork, or our design team lays out a dieline for you. We can also create the box design from a mood board if you don't have artwork yet.
Is there a fee for custom packaging plates?
Custom box and card printing carries a one-off plate or setup cost on the first run, quoted up front. It is often reduced or credited on repeat and high-volume orders, and never repeats as long as the design stays the same.
Can I order a mixed tool set per kit?
Yes. Many brands run a "basic" and a "premium" version of the same canvas — different pens, trays or accessory pouches. Tell us the tiers and we'll cost each variant separately.
What about copyrighted or licensed images?
You confirm that you hold the rights to any artwork you send. We do not reproduce third-party copyrighted characters or trademarks. For licensed properties, send the licence details with your order.
