Prices are quoted FOB Shenzhen unless you request EXW, CIF or door-to-door delivery. Sample kit costs are credited against your first bulk order.
Ordering process
- 1. Send your list or artwork. Stock designs, a photo, a logo, or "surprise me with 20 bestsellers".
- 2. Receive a written quote. Unit price, MOQ per design, lead time, packing spec and shipping options — within 12 working hours.
- 3. Approve the free proof. We show you the drill chart and packaging mock-up before anything is printed.
- 4. Production & QC. 7–15 days, with progress photos and a pre-shipment inspection report on request.
- 5. Ship. Carton markings and packing list to your format; FOB Shenzhen, or we arrange the door-to-door leg for you.

Start from our running catalogue of floral, landscape, animal, seasonal, religious and abstract designs. You only pay for production — there is no licence fee for designs we already carry.
Have your own artwork? Send photos, illustrations or licensed images and our designers will convert them into a drill-ready chart, recommend the size that keeps the detail, and show you a proof before you commit. This is the same free design service that OEM clients use.
Wholesale FAQ
Can I mix designs to reach the MOQ?
Yes. The 50-unit minimum applies per design, and you can combine several designs in one carton to reach a sensible order total. For first orders we often suggest 5–10 designs at 50 units each.
Do you supply barcodes and retail packaging?
Yes. Send your barcode files and we print them on the box or header card, plus hang tabs, age warnings and market-specific legal text where required. Retail-ready packing is included at the 200+ tier.
What are the payment terms?
Standard terms are a 30% deposit to start production and 70% before shipment. For repeat buyers we discuss more flexible terms. Payment by bank transfer, and other methods on request.
Can you handle Amazon FBA prep?
Yes — poly-bagging with suffocation labels, FNSKU labelling, carton weight limits and pallet configuration per Amazon's current spec. Tell us the warehouse code and we prep to it.
How is quality checked before shipment?
In-line checks during drill filling plus a final inspection on colour accuracy, adhesion, drill quantity, missing gems, print registration and packaging. Photos and an inspection report are sent before the balance payment on larger orders.
Do you dropship single orders as well?
Yes. If you want to test the market without holding stock, our dropshipping program ships single orders blind — no invoice, no DP Lounge branding inside.
